Can I use new PP on old EBAY?

My PP was limited due to being linked to previous account which was closed because of too many disputes? If I open a new PP and use old ebay, will they limit the paypal or the EBAY Aswell?

You can not. Will be a clear link, and new pp will be locked as well.
I had it vice versa, when lost an old EB, but had PP alive. Added new EB with same details to old PP, it worked for a couple of weeks, and got killed. And I didn't even sell anything, just used for purchases. But! When I created new EB with all different details, and added it to that old PP, it worked seamlessly! It seems EBAY cuts out only strong links when everything matches. But PayPal is a different story. Once they see new paypal receives money from the same ebay ID on a regular basis - will pop it for sure.

So far, i've doing this for about 2years with my very aged old PP, with the new ebay account. I haven't been limited, or being asked for docs.

How are you paying the ebay fees, with the paypal account ?

I'm doing the same as you but paying fees on VCC just to be extra safe. All appears to be good ? customer services see no link and have upped limits many times upon request.

I always pay via VCC. Since i can withdraw from pp to vcc. As much as possible, i won't link my paypal to eBay.
