Creating a acc on my phone for stealth
 

I can't buy the guide as in having problems with buying it and can't do it on my pc so im having to do it on my phone.
I know u can create a new acc om new android phones from wgat I've heard, but do i need to create a new account or login, don't know how it works or even if you can or not fir when creating a new stealth ebay account?
Like will ebay be able track anything from doing this on my phone, as someone told me that you can create a new separate acc, on my phone but don't know if that's true?

Ok so in that case is it better to just create a new Windows acc, instead im getting a new pc so i csn do it on there?

Yeah, that's definitely possible.
There are apps you can use to replicate any app (including eBay app) and make use of that to create multiple accounts. It can change the IMEI, UID, mac address, etc.
But that's really kind of a hassle for me.
I want to work with big screen and a mouse, so running a VMWare is the simplest thing.

Sorry, but i never had any iOS devices yet so i'm not sure.

Ok but why would you want to replicate ebay, to hide my identity when creating a new ebay account?

its completely fine to have a stealth on a phone just I wouldn't run more then 1 on each phone
