I lost Top-rated seller status

Hi all, I lost my top rated seller due to some late shipment and wondering if this would affect traffic and sales in comming months? And if so, whats your recommendation and tips to get it back as well as maintaining sales volume? I appreciate all advices. Thanks

top rated plus ,gets 10% discount on FVF of the item but not shipping.
does it make much difference to you?

Ebay's been auto adjusting listings to display handling times appropriate for each listing. So for a few days maybe a week the listings might show a longer delivery estimate.

Weird move by Ebay but they have to start somewhere.
