2014 with no activity since good or gone?

I created a stealth account in 2016 at a local library. I go on an browse often but afraid to turn into a seller account after reading here. Should I just go ahead or will be be banned right away for not being used to buy or sell? Thank you.

It worked for me fine. I wondered if it would still be even an open account since I read here they closed lots of accounts a few years back.
