Category Restriction, any hope for me?
I am a pretty new seller, but my account is old and I have excellent feedback/TRS/Power seller. I made some stupid mistakes when I first started selling, selling Retin-A, and other prescription skin creams.. but since I have evolved and my store now has all legit products. I specialize in Health & Beauty. Well, I have received 2 30-day warnings regarding skin care products. After my last 30 day suspension I tried to list products and it says I cannot list in Health & Beauty anymore. I Called and spoke to CSR and they are so not helpful, they just confirmed I cannot list in Health & Beauty. I didn't receive an email to this effect and I have a bunch of products I was planning to list. I am wondering if there is any hope for me?? I have so many products listed I cannot even imagine the headache of trying to go Stealth and relist everything. Is there ANY chance my category restriction can be lifted ?? |
