you know below standard sellers will pay 14% FVF | It wasn't the automatic return setting that got me, I always accept returns immediately. The part that caught me out was that 48 hours after receiving the item back, I was supposed to refund the buyer.. but being away, I was unaware the items got delivered.. therefore 48 hours later when the customer contacted eBay, I got hit with the 'case closed without seller resolution'.
I accepted the return, I just failed to refund on time.
Totally my fault and no doubt, I'll pay the price.. just looking for the fastest way out of it. |
