Is anybody still having trouble creating sellers accounts thru ebay without getting suspended within a couple of days

Click around. you find it in ebay somewhere.

You are abel to create a seller account without adding a payment method for fees. So basicly you can just brun a sim for 0,25 GBP and if you do not like the limits you can try your luck with next account.

I wont share the link but if you search in ebay you will find it
