any successful Partnerships on this forum?

Has anyone found and had success in partnering with someone on this forum?
for example a dropshipper finding supplier, a UK seller finding a US supplier etcetera

I'm sure it has happened, but this is mostly a one-man game ebay.

I hear you but some situations might benefit a partnership. would subforum be the right place to ask about this?

I think its a great idea. I have a similar idea of my own, perhaps already exists. Buying groups? Sometimes you have to buy in bulk to get a good price.

This forum wasn't created for generating partnerships but I'm sure it happens all the time. All my business ventures I have had partners.. ALL of them.

If we're entrepreneurs here (and I think we all are) than seeking partnerships is a big part of being an entrepreneur.. at least if you want to expand and grow faster.

ARDE- I cannot send private messages on here because I don't have enough posts. I got your private message and here is my response.

......
I don't mind talking about it at all.

I have recently (4 months ago!) started the whole selling online venture and its grown quite a bit in a short amount of time. With that, a steep learning curve,,, and Ebay has restricted me in my category recently. My category is Health & Beauty. I have been importing skin care primarily from Europe. Now I have a lot of stock that I would like to list but Cant. I would prefer not to go stealth, I don't like being sneaky, but if they won't listen to my appeal Im not sure my options. I would like to take the opportunity to expand and sell in other categories but this is the only one I really understand, so far.

What sort of items have you been selling?

Why did you stop selling?

....

Is it OK if I post my email address on here? Will I get "restricted". :pound:

let me know what you are looking for,we can talk

Once it's known you want out your stock is worth a fraction of what you paid for it, assuming anyone actually wants it without a bona fide supplier invoice.

I dont think you are familiar with the antique business!
if you can read, you must see I am selling at cost, not a fraction of what I paid for.

I wouldn't call them partnerships but I work with at least 5 people I met here. A couple people send me dropship orders, one buys in bulk from me, and another guy buys certain order details from me. Networking with like-minded people is the whole reason I'm active here.

what the folks on this forum need from what I have read so far is how to get the money out of their paypal account,if someone on this forum or the operator of this forum can provide such service and charge a reasonable fee.
Else I would think partnerng with someone who is not internet savvy but have ways to get merchandise at a good price ,he finds it and you sell it,and split the profit

Bank of Aspkin would be blacklisted from Paypal within minutes of formation. :brushteeth:
