Can I have a Stealth and a Non-Stealth Ebay account?
 
Can I maintain both accounts, if I have a VPN?

Also, does anyone know the time frame to request to have a category restriction lifted... one year?

They lift on their own. And yes, but stealth only is recommended.

I haven't gone stealth yet.

I believe I need a dedicated IP for my stealth account, then need to log into a separate VPN for my original account and I don't even know if thats possible.

yes you can manage as many accounts as you want. if they get connected somehow and one of them gets banned the other one might get banned aswell.

Category limit is lifted 90d after the first sale and if you have at least 25 feedback as SELLER. you can buy from your own account and cancel the purchases and give a feedback.

Yes, as long as they have their own IP and you don't link the accounts it will be fine.
