Selling Iphones on Ebay UK?

Hey guys,

Will ebay uk allow me to list brand new Iphones for sell? I literally see no new Iphones on sell on ebay, is there a reason for this?

yes, they are super high risk and scammers will run rampant on your listing. Sellers are probably staying away from that and selling them for cash in person.

I also don't see anyone selling for pickup/cash only.

You're not allowed to demand cash payment on collection on eBay UK sales.

Your listing will be brought down.

You can offer it as an additional payment option, including PayPal, but not on its own.

You should elaborate on your question. Is it a new account? or aged account? if the latter, how well nurtured is it?

I think it is the same with Ebay USA.
But if someone shows up at your house and he paid with Paypal,how do you show tracking and signature confirmation ?
One guy sold a TV set and offer free delivery as the buyer is in his area.
Buyer said he will pay cash.
When the seller shows up with the TV set,he said he does not have enough cash,would he take Paypal.
He said fine,when he gets home ,he found a PAYPAL INR dispute in his email folder!
ANother Ebay buyer bought a collectible toy truck from a seller who is also a collector of such,he wants to return the truck and they agree to meet each other half way,share a cup of coffee.
He never get his refund as he cant show with online viewable tracking from a commercial carrier he has returned the truck!

Yes you can sell and usually, eBay ask for an invoice if they suspect

Not a good idea, and you will run into a lot of issues (fraud/limitations) if selling on a new account.
Better to age your account with low risk sales over time, then the odd high risk sale (iPhone etc), when your account can tolerate it down the line.

used iphones are better than brand new ones,also your payment would be withheld ,they said 21 days but sometimes longer

Sell them used ... I sell iphones used.

List them as USED but mention you have opened the item to inspect, note down serials for security reasons etc and that's as far as they have been used.
