lift EU limit
Question to everyone creating ebay accounts that aren't in their name or even a nickname.
How do you acquire ID and docs for a made up name?
how do you get around this? |

it is hard to get around EU limit with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents. I know for UK and Austrain documents they can verify if they are real, no matter how good they are photoshoped.
I recomend you, if you use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs to use documents from other countrys which might be harder to identify (i do not know which countrys are good for that).
Another option is to use real people. They only care about the Identification. Adress verification is easy to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and they do not check it. So if you have friends from ANYWHERE in the world (even if the country requiers a visum) they will accept the ducments.
As alternative open an US account, they ask for docs at 20k usd.
if you get 2,5k EUR or the eq. in GBP you wont get the money on the paypal back even after 180d. YOu will need to call them and admit what you did and send them real docs |

Errrrrrrrr..... no they cannot. They Only have facilities to check if the MRZ numbers workout correctly.
Data protection laws do not allow passport or driving license information to be looked at. Even if 3rd parties are involved.
They use identifying software that can detect unnatural edits to detect photoshopped pictures.
However, in the UK it has been found that DVLA (driving license issue) have sold on details when requested by parking companies.... so are they selling them to financial companies too? Quote:

that's only what i heard and the conculsions i made after talking to them on the phone.
In case i am wrong, i can still tell you for sure that it is very very unlikley to pass EU limit with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs.
I had a restriction once and passed it with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs. when i hit the EU limit the same doc did not pass.
If you pass the EU limit with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs you risk them to close the account at any point and ask for verification.
I am pretty sure they have accses to some kind of real data or at least they have the possibility to verify it. They can check for example if the Number of the passport exist but not the name, or the other way around (!!This is only my conclusion!!). |

Paypal look at what you sell. If it's high risk they ban you.
I failed 8 accounts and passed 1. The 1 that passed sold low risk items and had a line rental phone number attached. Otherwise all the submissions across the 8 that failed sold the same items, had pay as you go numbers.
Was it luck for me ? I don't think it was. |

You can be creative and submit documents. They will verify and lift the limit. They usually lift limit if you add Credit or debit card |
