Change PP EIN / eBay-PP AutoPay Problem
 

Hi

I have 2 questions:

1) I currently have an EIN registered to my PP but I want to make a new one
register in another state in order to save on annual fees. I was wondering if I
can change that EIN without alarming PayPal, or if I'm better off just making a
whole new PayPal instead.


2) I am having problems setting up my eBay autopay fees using my PayPal funds. I go to accounts settings in eBay > automatic payments > then It prompts me to enter a credit card (when I already have a credit card on file in PP) when I want to set up using my Paypal funds to pay my ebay fees.
