Pay ebay fee without Paypal
 

I have a US stealth ebay/paypal account. Paypal is temporarily limited as they are asking for photo ID. Now I need to pay the $20 ebay seller fee with alternative method.

For this payment, can I buy a VCC with $20 balance from the forum, or should I buy a visa/master giftcard?

Do I need a card with billing information matching that of my stealth ebay account, Or can I just use any card with the balance to pay?

Either use a bank account or prepaid card.

Another viable option is to issue a paper check with the username of the eBay to the address indicated. Most online banks offer free online billpay and will issue/mail a paper check to anyone you wish.

Ebay used to accept paper checks,money orders for paying Ebay fee,but that phased out long time ago.
He is in UK but he has a US Ebay account,I dont know if he can easily ask a UK bank to send a US$ intl money order to Ebay USA in California ,USA for such a small sum,and not sure if the Ebay USA accounting dept will handle it properly.
I think you can still use your limited PAYPAL account to pay Ebay fees,you can try,if it does not work,go to either Ebay or Paypal forum and ask.

you wil find out when you go to My Ebay and use it to make one time payment,,see if it will be accepted.
