Your question is still not clear.
Are you asking how long it will take to get access to the stealth book once you submit payment? Contact the seller of the stealth guide for that info.

well it all depends on you.

If you're so new you need to spend time learning the stealth guide then start making an account from the beginning which will take more time.

You need to worry more about learning the guide correctly than how much time it'll take to make an account.

As someone who did stealth in the past years ago, I can tell you that it is well worth the $19.99 because I learned alot of new things that I didn't even think about that could have jeopardized my future stealth account. On the flip side, I'm getting ID required from mismatch name on ebay 2 days later and have no idea what the cause could be.

It’s entirely up to you. If you’re diligent you can move faster.

My advice is make your first 2 accounts, then learn the ropes.

Then make more accounts. You need experience and to get it you’ll need to make mistakes a long the way.
