Must call eBay to put up a listing?

I tried to list an item and ebay hits me with this:

I've been using ebay for a few yrs now and I've discovered some interesting exploits, where things like calling ebay, or getting an sms could be avoided. Do you think if I have a chance listing items without calling ebay?

Not available... ebay only allows calls on accounts they find suspicious.

Thanks for that link, gonna give it a try. I remember finding this link like a year ago, they just told me to call them and they wont help in chat

I don’t think it’s a big deal specially if it’s a new account when you list the first time.

Or is this on an old account?

You can chat with the representative and they can increase your selling limit online via chat in 5 min
