Anyone used no-ip?
 
Seems pretty good.
$25 a year and you get 25 IP addresses?
Seems too good to be true?
What's the catch?

Catch is that for that low price, it is quite likely the IPs are recycled and used before...sometimes in bad ways that get them blacklisted by PP/eb/whatever other online service

Rsot is correct on this.

Not all proxies are equal. The "catch" is they are likely sharing those IP addresses with other users, and those nets are likely overused/abused and blacklisted.
