eBay Seller Fee

Hi i sell my iPhone on eBay then i got limited on paypal my money held until 180 days. now i need to pay eBay seller fee. I don't want to pay because my money got held to 180 days. I owe 300$ CAD. it's possible that they will send me ebay collection agency? Address is not real in my account and i dont have credit card that put on paypal. It's only debit card with 0 balance.

So you don't want to pay your seller fees just because PayPal is holding your money for 180 days?

If you owe the money, you should pay it. If you don't, that's something you need to contend with.

Why do you want to burn a perfectly good account over $300 CAD?
