I have eBay seller account got suspended because not paying ebay fees i'm planning to pay fee and sell again but the linked paypal account is limited. I'm planning to create stealth paypal and link to my old ebay it's okay?

For a few weeks, maybe even a few months, it can work but sooner or later it will get linked and limited

Why it gets linked? Because it’s added to the same eBay
