eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Selling In US from the UK?

Do you plan to sell it in drop ship or not?
Anyway I think you should setup a normal uk ebay account and make it international.
Or create a USA account. Depends how you want to work.

No I was just looking to open a US account. Have stock delivered over there and have someone post orders.

I considered the international account but I know customers hate slow shipping.

Even if you do find a good US fulfillment company, you're going to want to use any kind of eBay account other than USA since you'd have to provide a tax ID on a US account before you can accept more than 200 payments. http://phazors.com/pics/image1.gif

A listing made on "ebay.com" on a UK account with a USA zip code set as the item location will perform exactly the same as if it were made on a US account. As long as the item location is within the USA and you have a US shipping carrier selected, the listing would look exactly the same on US/UK accounts.
