ebay suspension being linked by ip pool
 

so heres the deal I created 10 ebay accounts yesterday all high limits 1000/25k and they all got suspended same day I have a Macbook, different user accounts and I use a Verizon mifi jetpack hotspot for different IP address but I think the ip pool linked the accounts just my 2 cents does anyone agree or does anyone have any idea why I'm being linked and what can I do to avoid this

Things are different now with eBay. What worked before doesn't anymore. eBay upped their game.

How long as you waiting before creating the seller account on your eBay's? Are you seasoning your accounts first?

Are you keeping track of your IP's upon creation? What kind of phone # or VCC are you using? I hope it's not VoIP#'s or one of those cheap overseas based VCC's or prepaids.

all accounts created that were suspended were suspended within a hr or 2 so it doesn't Give me a chance to season and I'm using GV for all the accounts I've created it can't be that because I'm getting high limits and the other 20
I made 7 days Ago are still alive.... my guess my hotspot Verizon jetpack... I don't know at this point

You mention that all 10 accounts you created were suspended the same day. Did the suspensions occur at exactly the same time(s) or spaced out over a few hours?

I seem to recall a few posts here from others who were having the same thing happen to them. Without knowing all the steps you took on creation, it's hard to pinpoint the cause of the mass ban. I just know that eBay is getting a bit more strict when it comes to the IP's and type of phone numbers being used on new accounts.

Maybe other members will chime in with their thoughts?

It could be google voice or it could be something else. However if they are banning you so quickly, it usually indicates a problem.

I would recommend trying another phone service to see if you see any improvements. GV has been known to cause problems

why don't you call ebay and ask to reinstate the accounts? they probably want to know who you are and what you want to do , so you would need to give them details on your intentions there

GV gets accounts suspended and you need to call in and answer questions. That is your problem right there. Pure and simple.

the accounts were suspended after a few hours of creation,some of the GV numbers i made accounts with are sticking no suspensions yet so idk its very strange

So i guess gv is the problem i created 1 account with gv suspended within 30 mins and 3 accounts using 3 real usa numbers and there still alive thank you guys

Yes, STOP using Google Voice or VOIP phone numbers to create your accounts. They are well known to eBay/PayPal and heavily used/abused.

This might have worked sometime back, but not anymore.

You can always add GV numbers to the account sometime after creating it with a real, mobile phone number first.
