Whenever I list my items, it's ended by me

After I list my items for couple of hours, it's ended with this reason "You ended this listing by indicating this item is no longer available."
Anyone got this issue? I tried relisting them 3 times but the same thing happen :(

YOU NEED TO ASK EBay or search Ebay seller forum to see if someone else have the same problem and why?
