Does Using Legit Name Still Need Stealth?

I have family willing to let me use names etc. Do I need to go full stealth or just make sure IP isn't the same as previous banned account?

I don't plan to do any high risk or vero items. Just really build an ebay store.

What do yall think?

all you need is a clean ip from ipburger or 24vc and a fresh user on your computer make sure to clean the metadata off your photos also
