ebay-usa and paypal-usa without ssn
 

dear everyone,

I am not a profesional seller. But I would like to open a ebay/paypal-usa for shopping, or maybe selling occasionally.

I've got some questions:

1,can i open an account with ebay/paypal-usa without phone verification, without SSN, with an address belongs to a shipping company?

2,if yes, can i use it to buy occasionally? can i sell occasionally?

3,if yes, i heard it is not able to withdraw from paypal-us without a us bank account, but can i use the balance to shop online?

4,can i transfer money from paypal-us to someone on paypal-canada?

5,can paypal-canada account holds us dollors?

You will NOT have the ability to send payments from a US paypal account. So the answer to most of your questions above is a big NO.

accroding to the knowledge i have gethered so far,
if i create an account at ebay-us and paypal-us without ssn, without us bank account, with an address from a shipping company, with a virtual phone number verification. i can use this ebay-us and paypal-us account to buy or sell occasionally. but i can not withdraw or send any money from paypal-us to anywhere.
is this correct?

Without a bank account for paypal-us, cooleo you will only be able to let the money sit without use

so, i can not use the money in paypal-us account?
what if i load the money from some where else, such as a gift card/prepaid credit card? and i am acting just like a buyer. i can use the balence, right?
but, if i sell and get income, paypay will lock down the whole balence, or just the part from income?

i can't believe it is so complicated.
i think everybody on this forum could get a degree by just figuring out how is this ebay/paypal thing running?

if you are not in the USA,and you dont have a SSN,and a US bank account,you should stayy away from opening a US paypal/ebay account/

You can signup as a buyer but you will have to use a credit card to buy.

You cannot use the funds in the paypal account that you get from sales without the whole ID-SSN thing...you can only withdraw to bank account
