Can you still pay your eBay shipping with PP?
 

I've searched but nothing about it. PP doesn't let me hold a balance without personal info and they've dipped into my bank more then twice already, bouncing my payments, due to their shady default setup practices.

But can you still pay eBay labels using PP? Thanks.

I'm still testing this myself, so far, they have pulled funds to pay fees from my Bank.

I use my credit card to pay for shipping fees.
before you proceed to pay for shipping,did you get a chance to see where Paypal is taking the $$ from?
if it would not let you use your Paypal balance,download $$ to your bank account ,using a bank issued debit card and pay a small fee,it will be in your bank account within 30 minutes or less,then you would not have a NSF situation with your bank account.
did you link a credit card?

So far I've noticed that if you refund a buyer in a return request, it comes out of your Paypal balance. But when you pay your fees they pull it from your bank account.

I know it doesn't answer your question specifically - just wanted to point out that they seem to be handling different types of debits in different ways.

a return is a reversal of the original payment,if he pays with his cc ,makes sense !

Looks like ebay is clamping down alot i have certain country paypal and ebay surprisingly i'm not allow to pay my fee with my paypal and even more surprising i'm not allowed to put in a USA bank account only the local country bank account.

Mine is still automatically coming out of PP balance. Am I missing something? :confused:

EDIT: Ohhh, I bet you guys are talking about unverified accounts?

No - EIN business accounts I'm referring to. It shows up in your Paypal activity but when you click the transaction details you'll see they pulled the payment from your bank. At least for me.

We can not pay ebay fees with paypal balance on EIN accounts, Im assuming the same goes for shipping. They withdraw from bank account.

That's so strange. I double checked, and my last payment definitely came from the PP balance.

I don't even have a bank account tied to my pay pal only a VBA from 5 years ago. All the shipping is deducted from my paypal

BUT your account has an SS number. This does not apply to you.

Hell, I thought EIN and SSN accounts were treated the same. :lol:

They are IF you have an SS attached to the EIN. If not, then no.
