eBay USA with other country PayPal

As mentioned above anyone has experience with it?

I had 2 account running in such way and planning to make more so far not much issue but was planning to do so seeking some advice from the senior

From experience I can say that I find creating accounts in other countries and then moving sales to USA is far and away easier. Lots of advantages for this.
