Ebay claim again
 

Hello everybody.

I've just check my account and I see a claim from some european buyer and he claims he didn't receive the item and he is asking me to send him but what surprises me is he could open this case only after 8 days, I never see in my life items delivered to Europe from my country in 8 days, now checking my paypal account I see the money is on hold, how is it possible ebay does these kind of things to us?. I see anyone can open a dispute now for any reason and it looks like this buyer will get a free item if he wants to. Any advice is welcome.

always has been this way.

Simple give ebay what the ask for. Normally that is tracking.

In your listing on Ebay,what does it say about estimated delivery date ?
if it is past that date,buyer can file claim

According to ebay no estimate delivery date, but nevertheless items delivered to that country never arrive in a week, so will my funds be on hold until the buyer decide what to do? I don't like that, but it looks like ebay is giving me some days in order the item will be delivered there. Anyways I will see what happen but this looks awful.

Yeah, I see but tracking says item is on its way and my funds will be on hold until it gets delivered there or maybe ebay refunds the money to the buyer in a week and he gets the item for free.
