Rant VBA need to be corrected on the stealth guide!

So I am upset because I barely found out that "virtual bank accounts" are now useless.

You need to now enroll in paypal cash and give your ssn and other info to use the paypal balance for purchases.

This CLEARLY is not clear in the stealth guide and in the stealth guide neither is the PAYPAL CASH listed anywhere in it.

So now I have to actually open a real bank account that accepts the stealth paypal name. (any ideas of a good one I can open online?)

If they call I just tell them I "don't trust paypal"?

Just upset because I wasn't expecting this at all, the stealth guide confused me I actually went to look for a VBA and got it :(

You are just not thinking clearly.

You can easily get access to your paypal cash plus account without any hassle if you have added your ssn etc. if not then buy it & using VBA's works perfectly fine. I myself have used VBA's multiple times & it works like a charm!

The "PP cash account" just became an issue a few months ago. I guess aspkin hasn't gotten around to updating his guide yet.

Just go open a Wells Fargo or BoA account and you're set. I would avoid accounts you open online because they are subjected to more scrutiny. It's better to open accounts in person. Speaking from experience, neither WF or BoA care about mismatched deposits and WF has been allowing my somewhat mismatched eB fee payments to come out for months now. There's only a small handful of banks/CU's that have been noted on this forum to not be ok with mismatched deposits, which leaves you with several thousand financial institutions that will be ok with them.

Using VBA's was only good for foreigners or scammers churning and burning accounts, IMHO. I don't see why you're upset about not being able to use one when it's super easy to open a real bank account yourself.

When you are new to the game it's easy to get flustered over little things.

Just get a bank account, it's super easy. The guide has a list of it.
Try bigger banks like chase. I don't like those smaller ones personally

You need a REAL bank account and honestly always have. It is how you receive the money you earn.
