Ebay account suspended
 

This is a real account, not stealth. Created barely a month ago. Seems like i might have started selling too fast. Or i dont know what other issues could have caused suspension. Here is email they sent. Is there any chance i can get this back? What can i expect, any help is appreciated

how many items and how much were you selling?

It does seem they don't like your activities.

I have sold maybe about 60 items, most of them $25, one of them is $55 and last is $100

It was auto parts
Do you have any idea what kind of questions they ask incase its a verification question?

I don't think it's a verification problem. 60 sales in under a month too much, especially if these were new auto parts. Used items work best to start, and branded new auto parts is risky. Another factor is you've probably have had returns as some people will order the wrong parts and/or mis-diagnose the problem they have with their car and assume that the part is defective when it doesn't fix their problem.

I will just call and give it a shot. Any idea the best time to call? Wondering if its too late and i might get someone who had a bad day or get lucky and get someone who is ready to go home and reinstate

I had exactly this last week. Same email. We'd been online for only about 20 days with maybe 7-8 sales in total. Perhaps we had about 15 listings up so far? I called and they said it was a permaban, no reason could be given.

The main thing I can think of was that some products were coming from our Shenzhen warehouse and some from our Bangkok warehouse, while our actual business location is in the US. We're not drop-shipping... these are our warehouses. Actually, in full disclosure - and this might be it - we bought one of our own listings with an employee account to verify that our API integration was working right.

Very disappointing as I have around 600 skus I'd like to list and liquidate.

It sucks. I used my old address but shipping from my new address in a different state. Also the phone i used is currently disconnected. Maybe i should reconnect it, though i have to get a replacement sim. Sad to ban people just like this

Was your paypal also affected? If you have any other selling accounts, were they affected?
