eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Sell Microsoft products

Hi everyone,

I wonder how those sellers sell MS products without getting suspended.

Few of them are being sold by UK account with business info.
Same type of description and random English names, easy to notice that.

The question is, why eBay won't remove those items?
I tried to sell it once and eBay removed my listing after a day.

I'm pretty sure they will get new accounts and list again once suspended.

There are also dozens of normal accounts that ebay & ms won't remove them, the question is how and why..?

The accounts look strong and maybe they report competence. But it won't last longer.
