New here, i Have a question

In the guide, there was a note " the New ip needs to be 50-100 miles " at least far from the new address.
I'm from Morroco (North Africa), and i checked IP Burger, and they only provide USA, Canada, Europe countries Ip.
The question is. Where can i find a reliable VPN that provides a Fresh IP close to my city? or if it's necessary to do that, or if got it wrong

Because this is silly. As long as you're in the same country with the IP you have - That's totally fine!
