It’s a good idea will save $10 every time I create. But won’t they track ?

Yep they will do. Hence it being possible, but a bad idea none the less.

No you can't, if you do the accounts will be linked.

You need a different IP for each account you are using at the same time to avoid them being linked.

That's not true but it's a good general guideline for beginners. :thumb:

Unless you're also sharing cookies by running your two accounts in the same browser in the same profile, they won't link solely by IP. There are too many users on mobile internet/dynamic IP's for eBay to use IP address as the sole factor to say two accounts are run by the same person. There has to be other commonalities.

A lot of the IP address fear mongering is redacted. :pop2:

IP alone will not link you.

Many ISP's use NAT gateways in which hundreds, if not thousands of their subscribers share the same IP address. This is extremely common.

I have been hearing people saying they trace up first thing on the accounts.

So how come you’re saying IP alone will not link you?

Ipburger using fresh ips and I always pay for the fresh package.

There aren't any fresh IPv4 addresses left and there haven't been for years. Any IPv4 address you end up with in 2019 has already been assigned to several different organizations throughout it's lifetime. Meaning that while VPN companies can guarantee they have never assigned that IP to one of their customers before, they can't guarantee that whatever organization was using the IP before them didn't assign the IP to customers. It's common for "fresh IPs" to be blacklisted without the issuer having any knowledge of it.. just because it's already been in use since the 90's.

Things get repeated and repeated on this forum until they're accepted as fact when a lot of the time it's only a half-truth at best. Added that clarification to the thread because hundreds of users land here from Google every day and I'm sure some of them are tech savvy enough to use the same IP across multiple profiles.

Not trying to start an argument with anybody.. I just like to point out misdirection when I see it for posterity's sake, if nothing else.

Bros, we are in 2019, please stop using the word FRESH IPs, DEDICATED IPs
I believe we are all here in one purpose - to help/guide the newbies to what is really 'true' and 'correct'.
You can not solely be suspended by simply using the same IP across all accounts, as long as you separate the cookies, browser or using different machines.
How can you be linked?
1. using the same browsers - sharing cookies, history, etc.
2. using a paypal account from suspended ebay accounts
3. using an ebay account from a suspended paypal account
4. selling high risk items without passing the 3months probation period
5. using the same phone number, bank account,
6. using the same name and address, ssn, etc.
7. There's no such thing as fresh ips or dedicated vpns - please stop. They have been recycled all over again.

I've asked my ISP if they recycle IPs, and YES they do, since they have no choice but to recycle IPs all over again, and again and its PURELY profit.
Have a good day y'all.

It can and It cannot, what I meant is to create a good account, it's best to have everything new. One fault may or may not cause an issue, but it's best to just do everything correctly.
