1) What are the limits on the new eBay, PayPal stealth accounts?
2) How much can you do per month on a new account??

1. 0/0 up to 2billion with a wide range in between.

2. Lots of factors to consider and not right answer. personally don't do more than £800.

I agree the answer to #2 is pretty arbitrary. There aren't really any $ amounts that can be considered safe. It's more a matter of starting slow and growing slowly over a few months so you look like a normal seller building up inventory as cash flow increases (while avoiding the types of items that are known to get accounts in trouble).

I’d try a cheap item under $50 , get feedback, then list extra.
