Can EBay Link Accounts Between Buyer/Seller?
 

Hello, first post here.

I recently got hit with a 30 day eBay suspension and I fear that full suspension is on the way unless I get a stealth account. I’ve decided to go the route of buying a stealth account.

So to “kickstart” the stealth account, I was thinking of maybe “buying” a few of my own items from my mom, dad and sister’s accounts (from another computer/IP) and giving myself some positive feedback that way just so I’m not at 0.

Could eBay link my stealth account with my family members,, and link that all up to my original account somehow?

Keep in mind that my original account isn’t perma banned.

It's not very likely that they would, but IMO it's senseless for you to take the chance on your first stealth account.. and while it's brand new at that.

Why not just sell to normal people and get normal feedback? You'd be surprised how little most buyers care about 0 FB sellers.

Bad idea.
Its called feedback manipulation and ebay are very good at detecting it.

Thank you for the responses. That is nice to know that a lot of buyers don't care about no/low feedback. I'll just go the natural route

if family members use each other computer to sign in,Ebay could shut all of you down if one get suspended

Just be careful. Feedback manipulation isn't a small thing.

And your original account that got a 30 day you must have gotten a 7 day in the beginning, didn't you?
