Can this works?
 

If i buy new PC, use neighbour WIFI, use new sim and then signed up to Ebay. used new captured photos via iphone then deleted meta from images then start listing immedialty. Will i get suspended again? did anyone tired that?

New PC is not a must you can do with the old one creating a different windows user account

neighbour WIFI, are you seriuos? Will you run a business relying on your neighbour WIFI? Get a different IP with your router or using an USB Internet Key.

I mean i have made many accounts all of them ends up suspended!
So i thought if i can change my whole identity it may work

You have some real issues if you think this setup is a good idea. FOR ONE ACCOUNT

Having said that, it should work fine. Just make sure EVERYTHING is different.

I just need one ebay account. you do not know how much time i spent making accounts and ends up suspended. there is even no one sells german ebay stealth accounts! i am nealy depressed!

I think you should buy the stealth guide to understand stealth.

Then you can start to understand why your accounts are getting suspended

Ilcarletto's right. There is a lot of information in the forum, I suggest you take some time. I'm sure everything in your head will be better. A little stroll is better than doing the wrong thing.
