Using A Previous Wifi Where My Acc Got Suspended?

Hey! I want to open my eBay account from the same wifi (My House's Wifi) where my previous account got suspended but now I am using a new fresh dedicated IP address and a new Mac addresses.
Is that gonna get my account flagged !!!?
