I have another ebook on making stealth accounts, it says use IPBurger or a proxy from proxy6. I really don’t want to pay for IPBurger would proxy 6 work? It’s a completely Dedicated IP that just I would have access to.

If any of those providers you've mentioned offering Residential IPs, then that's the best option.
But i believe they're just offering Datacenter IPs which is not recommended as they're flagged by paypal and eBay.
What I’ve seen all Residential Proxy’s are extremely expensive (hundreds of dollars). Is it ok to use data center even though it’s not recommended. Also is IPBurger residential?

It's up to you to decide really. You know it's prohibited but you still use it, then expect to be suspended
Anyways, As far as i know, they're not offering residential IPs, but best is to contact aspkin.

hi , been looking around for Residential Proxy would it be ok if you recommend me some?
can't really find any good ones for a period of time already.
