Being seeing this more often. VERO protection?

So I have seen a few sellers putting this disclosure in the description section of there listing. Anyone think this may protect from VERO takedowns???

That disclosure doesn't mean potatoes. It's 100% useless in the face of Vero.

Hey don't kill the messenger. I have just been seeing this recently and from different sellers so I thought i'd ask. And so far I've only seen this with sellers of BEAUTY items.
