Selling Limit Increase - Wierd
So I have a 8 month old account, it started 5/500 and stayed there two months then went to 10/500 for 4 months, I request a higher limit and was turned down and then when I hit request higher limit it says to call in. So I have been selling 10 items a month for 2 months. I sold something yesterday and logged in this morning to ship and of my selling page it says 9 items listed can list 91? WHAT, so I went to messages and nothing about a selling limit increase. Never saw this happen before.
What gives. |

I guess you were silently bumped up to an item limit of 100 after you requested higher limits and they told you to call in. :noidea:

I've had the same thing happen. But they sent me from $50k to $1.2mil, a month after calling in and getting a small bump. |

Take your time, follow the 'rules', be sensible and ebay will soon be looking to encourage you to sell, not ban you.

I agree,
Ebay regularly increases selling limits and it's easy. Just ship on time, take care of customers, and provide good service. As I see it, anyone not providing these basic steps won't get an increase, which is really ebay's way of telling you to go away and find something else to do. |

I've had one of those so I stopped selling for a few months then they emailed me saying they want me back and increased it from 10 to 200 |

I've been creating stealth accounts for over a decade now and never ask for a limit increase, if you use the account correctly they're only too happy to offer.

Just looked at my latest active stealth account. Created on 27th April 2019 with a standard 'starter for 10' limit, currently at 2,190 / £18,000.
| Ok, I mean, relatively tiny limits. $13k/150. Accounts i bought off here, 6 years ago.
My main account is $1.1mil/14k |

| I had one that I set up, and before I could even look at my limits, I got an email saying I got a limit increase. LOL |
