Hello
I would like to know few questions if you can answer me please.

Do i need to have credit card linked to ebay or paypal if i want to sell?
Im planning to dropshipp and i know there was 21 days hold, but if the item will still be in process of shipping will i still get money released (i dont have big budget...)
Will i be able to withdraw or send money after 21 days, becuase i see on forum that alot of new (stealth) accounts got even 180 day hold

you are in Slovenia,you can go to Paypal and Ebay sites and see what are the requirements.

usually once it's showed delivered or you get a feedback your funds will be released and you can withdraw it no problm

Aha. So it doesnt release automaticly after 21 days (in case that i got hold) ?

Becuase i dont have big budget and i want to be sure that after 21 days my fund will be released so i can dropshipp other items...

Aha so even the items wasnt recieved by customer in 21 days, paypal will still hold the funds? Becuase shipping from China usually takes about 25-35 days...

PP is unstable in the early stage, it will take 21 days to automatically check in, and then cancel the frozen funds in the later stage.
