I received this message from ip burger,

This is because of multiple abuse reports that we received against your IP address. We have already sent you emails with the subject "Abuse report against your IP

What i need to do ,

Who reports abuse? Websites? Government agencies?

Pretty much anyone.

I used to manage ISP's and work the abuse helpdesk for networks.

Most people are reported for SPAM/UCE.
Other reports are about copyright infringement (DMCA) content/host issues.
There are yet others that fall under "security" like: port scanning, DoS attacks, probing, brute force attacks, IDS intrusions, and the like.

The OP may unknowingly have malware on his machine; virus, root kit, backdoor, of some sort. He needs to address that before his IP provider will allow him back on the network as this creates problems for them.

It very well could be the OP is innocent but as I mentioned above has malware on his computer doing the "abuse" and not be aware of it.

There are massive numbers of infected hosts in the world that make up botnets. They can do anything from sending out junk mail, compromising banking sites, or untold other heinous acts.

Hopefully the OP has a good antivirus or anti-malware package to check for the presence of such things.

Im using ip burger more then 1 year never had any issue before,
Hopefully i can get ip back because i paid for 1 year plan.

OP: As I mentioned above, you need to scan the computer you are using for possible malware first.

Unless you address the abuse emanating from your machine, you are not going to get your IP back. I'm going to assume you are innocent, unless you are doing something while connected to IPBurger's service which is against their ToS.
