They're both equally usable. Each has their pros and cons but I wouldn't say one is better than the other.

Tethering from a mobile provider may be your preferred option. With public Wifi hotspots, you are taking a chance the network is being shared with other users with suspended accounts.

I personally like to stay away from mobile / cellular IP pools, they are small and overused.

I either use a VPN or home wifi

Interesting. How’s the ip range on those over there? Pretty good?

Stay away from using public VPN services, especially the well known ones; the vast majority of those have been heavily used/abused and PayPal and eBay have them blacklisted as such.

Any VPN is a done deal for now while creating new accounts. I challenge anyone to create a fresh account on a VPN and keep it running past a few days.

Most VPN are crap which is true. Over used, the supplier doesn't care about quality etc.

But IPBurger is made specifically for stealth in mind so it's a whole different ball game.

THe owner of this forum is the one that came up with IPBurger.

Make that a few weeks then, because you just lost your bet.

I dont use VPN's but if I did I would purchase a fresh unused IP linked to the country I operate in. I'm confident if I purchased one from IPBurg then it would work just fine.

That’s what exactly I have purchased from them. It’s probably something I’m doing wrong when I start getting ready to sell after 2 weeks.

If there was some realistic escrowesque way of taking your wager I'd ask you to name your stake. Its the easiest money I'll make this week.

I think eBay & PayPal can see your using a VPN to create these accounts and that’s why they suspend these accounts quicker and they ask for identification which never passes through and they think why u hiding yourself I figured it out VPNS are not good and they just get us in trouble.

That’s why I created this thread and I am going to use tethering internet from now to create at least they know where & who u are and accounts may last for longer.

The truth is, most every VPN and proxy uses data center IP's.
Most legitimate users use a residential ISP or mobile network NOT one based from a data center.

With that one fact alone, it's an extremely easy matter for eBay and PayPal to know what type user is accessing from and deal with it accordingly.
