2 EBay Developer API Key on single server.

I have 2 eBay accounts which both have an API from the EBay Developer Program. I make various API calls for these stores (send messages, upload tracking, etc..). Is it okay to have two different API keys making calls from the same server? My concern is they EBay views the API key as coming from an App. Thus, eBay would see two apps hosted on the same server.
