Should I sell unbranded items or branded ? I’m sure it’s the item I will try something small to sell as u said in your PDF.

Well if they are going to suspend new accounts registered under fresh info and new IP then I guess they will just go out of business soon. It’s even happening to people who genuinely never used Ebay before. You can try and list low risk items like books and unbranded stuff but if they keep suspending you then I suggest you save yourself time and switch to Shopify.

eBay is expecting what a NORMAL user would do. What would they consider out of the norm? It's not just ONE thing, but a combination of things their algorithm is looking for.

Here is an example:
User signs up, gives a virtual phone#, connects from a data center IP, uses a non-bank card, then tries listing within a day.

This not something a user would normally do, and eBay sees all the above attributes as highly suspicious.

You MUST season your accounts after creating them the right way for a period of time before trying to list anything, even a book.

whatever happens to Ebay assistant?
Ebay sellers who dont have stuff of their own to sell but would sell yours for a fee,they come to your house and go thru your items,take pictures,list them and pass on the net proceeds after fees.
I did it once for a retired dealer,she is a big pain,never again,but there are some sellers who love what they do and make decent money

I've opened an ebay account and after 20min got suspended.I didin't sell anything only for buying stuff from ebay.My setup : VM with fresh OS and dongle with three sim card.

Something may be linking you. If you think your account creation steps are fine, consider setting up your VMs to take all advantages that VMs offer:

Get your WebRTC, WebGL and Canvas, fonts fingerprints, screen resolution (amongst other things) to differ between VMs. And to stay that way by banning browser updates. It is quite time-consuming if you run a large number of accounts. If you manage to pull it off, you would have done your best to look like a different user. Please note that there is no evidence to support the idea that eBay/Paypal uses fingerprinting to detect stealth accounts, so don't get your hopes high. You may do it for the sake of being thorough
