Suspended eBay account within an hour of posting first item..
 

So I have been browsing around and have looked through numerous postings about those having issues after posting their first item. This is the same case with me, I list a book nothing of high value and within an hour my account is suspended.

Here are the steps I take:
-Google voice/gmail account are used for verification purposes for texts/email
-Retrieve proxy from proxy provider
-Setup Firefox profile
-Edit network connections to reflect that I am in area of proxy
-Make revisions to my Navy Federal GC that is purchased to reflect the identity of the person that is establishing the PayPal and eBay accounts
Bear in mind the address that is used on the NavFed GC is within the proximity of the proxy region.
-PayPal account is established, verification of email and phone number
-Add NavFed GC to PayPal to link
-Create eBay account, with use of same details of PayPal account (Name, Address, etc)
-Confirm eBay account
-Sell item, begin to process, alerted to verify identity with phone text
-Enter text code
-List item
-Presented with account limits (1,000/$25,000) month
~1 hour later email received account is suspended...

Any advice would be great

I'm surprised that you were able to get as far with your account to list an item and not get suspend sooner. There are several factors that just won't work:
Using Google voice phone numbers. Only use real phone numbers for account creation.
Proxies, both Ebay and PayPal hate them. Most are blacklisted.
Creating an Ebay account and listing right away. A good rule of thumb is browsing a couple of weeks minimum before listing.
My advice, get a real phone, get a real IP (residential for your home) or use a VPN sold by 24vc or IP burger, and register your Ebay account weeks or a month before even thinking of listing an item. Hope this helps, good luck.

You have made several mistakes.

Using Google Voice right off the bat is a guarantee of failure.
Your use/selection of proxy is also a big red flag.
Also you can't start listing right away.

eBay is not stupid. They know your behavior how you are going about creating your account then listing is highly suspicious.

If I were you I'd call e-bay and play dumb. It works for some people and that's what I plan to do when I start my stealth account...

I'm not a big fan of proxy.

when you people will get smarter. ebay and actually now whole first tier customer department is moved to Asia, that means they are implemented their own rules and are making sure that Asian sellers are making money and western seller don't. ebay now in western legal system in criminal way is doing price manipulation forcing seller to sell at the lowest possible price making sellers to run stupid browsing for weeks or months and making idiots out of theme for pennies. Grow up, start the class action lawfsuit against eBay for criminal behavior, price manipulation , ripping people off from fair retail value and forcing people to sell in ⊗⊗⊗⊗ limits with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ explanation that it is for market security and integrity but ebay alone is causing this instability and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ unstable behavior for its own customers, it is like "goldman suck's" before 2008 telling customers to buy stock and betting banks own money against this purchases, and only customers lost hits. Stop plain eBay stupid games and organize and file class action lawfsuit.

What do you recommend when it comes to internet connection, I am looking at getting some proxies from Proxy6 or 24vc but I dont know if its worth it.
