The ebay account was suspended because of the address
 

I created an account the other day with these steps respectively
（1）Create paypal add VCC
(2) create ebay add VCC
(3) connect ebay and paypal
(4) the address of the list item was confirmed
In the first to three steps, the account was not suspended, but in the fourth step, when I was ready to list item, I confirmed the address and got the limit of 1000 dollars. However, the next day, my account was suspended, and my confirmed address was found on the website of whitepages
I feel that my biggest problem is the address now, Besides whitepages and renting a Po box, is there any reliable and stable way to get an address to qualify as an ebay seller

What IP address are you using? VPN, proxy?
Are you using Google Voice or VoIP.

How long are you waiting from the time you create the account to when you start listing.
