Ebay is over with me!
 

All my stealth accounts were MC011 restricted. I bought a US eBay account (I'm not in the US), try to list new listing but it seems they see unusual activity on the account and require me to contact them.
Calling them but fail to verify identity by public information.
Any recommendations for me?

MC011 restrictions are notoriously hard to pass.

Your time and energy should be focused on getting new accounts going, as WEI suggests above.

If they were all hit at the same time you are linking accounts somehow. Learn a lesson from it and do not get accounts linked in future

MC011 is eBay's catch-all selling restriction.

It can be triggered by many things.
The most typical are problems with your items, excessive buyer complaints, high returns, bad product feedback, or security issues on the account.

Most of the time getting MC011 means eBay has decided they don't want you selling anymore, but they are OK with you as a buyer.

Most of the time they will ask for ID/documents about your supplier, and if you provide it, they will usually slap you with a permanent ban.
