name and address on ebay/paypal/credit card

Do the name and address for ebay / paypal and the credit card all have to be the same.?

If I have one name ebay and another for the credit card will that not cause an issue?

I have read some of the stealth it's very good.

I just had one ebay account blocked and opened another using the old paypal account (duh i KNOW) and it was suspended right away.

the name and address for ebay / paypal must be the same,but for credit card i think it is ok to be another nsme

no ebay and paypal doesnt have to be matching names. i have about 100 accounts, some of them have mismatching info becuse either the ebay got suspended or paypal got suspended.

i just take the non suspended ones and add them together
