Low selling limits

When I usually create a stealth account i get a high selling limit at the start but it looks like now every account am creating is getting a limit of 10 items/1000$. Did ebay change their policy or it is just temporary due to holidays?

It's actually pretty normal to get 10/1000 for a while now.
Just sell on it then you'll get a raise later
