US or UK account?

Hi, I'm based in Vietnam, Should I use the US or UK eBay account?
Is it true that it's easier to withdraw or cash out money in US paypal than UK account?

The best account to use is your own country, as that's what you'll be most familiar with.

Both the same really if your using a bank account

If your looking to transfer to another PayPal, which is high risk, only certain US PayPal accounts can do it

Go for UK accounts, since you don't have SSN for the USA paypal.

The ONLY way you can get money out of a USA PayPal is with a USA Bank Account UNLESS you have an SSN (identity verified account)

or a bank issued debit card for a fee,it is much faster

From my experience (only a few accounts so far) once the money is released from PayPal I'm able to send it to another paypal account without problems (UK to UK accounts) Would you say its better to use US accounts for this purpose?
