Ebay account alive

Dear,
I have recently created a new Ebay account for selling - using IP burger, what should I do next to remain my account stay alive or can be easily passed suspension?
Should I pretend to watch some items or add to cart, read Ebay's policy... and How long for that until creating seller account as listing first item?
